Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

Explanation: You send us your faulty Thermomix and receive it back repaired and checked as quickly as possible. Our aim is to repair and return the delivered products on the same day.
Please be sure to enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault in the parcel.
Procedure: Carefully wrap the Thermomix first in foil and then in a cardboard box.
