Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

Please print out the order confirmation and enclose it with the parcel (alternatively, you can also enclose a note with the order number) so that the electronics can be matched to your order in our incoming goods department. This prevents longer processing times.

Is your Miele induction hob defective? We can repair the power electronics for Miele ceramic hobs.
IMPORTANT: please always tell us the EGO number on the sticker on the plastic tray in advance (see product image 3).
Explanation:
You send us the defective electronics (please send us the entire plastic tray including the electronics) and receive the repaired and tested electronics back as quickly as possible.
We aim to repair and return the electronics on the same day they are received.
Please enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault and the machine type (e.g. KM6568) with the parcel.
With Miele induction hobs, the following error patterns are usually indicative of defective electronics:
- FE31 no function one side does not heat
- no function Further
- error patterns on request
Procedure:
Carefully pack your removed electronics or the entire plastic tray including the electronics(s) first in foil and then in a cardboard box.
It would be helpful if you included a brief description of the fault.

Tip: If possible, send the electronics as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and insurance in the event of loss is not guaranteed.
We will repair your electronics and send them back to you by return post.
Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).
We do not repair electronics that have already shown signs of attempted repair.
