Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

The microphone on your Jabra Evolve 75 headset no longer works?
We offer you a repair of the JABRA headset. IMPORTANT: be sure to send us the USB link dingel for the function test.
Explanation: You send us your defective Jabra headset and receive the repaired and tested headset back as quickly as possible. Our aim is to repair and return the delivered parts on the same day.
Please be sure to enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault in the parcel.
There are usually 3 fault patterns for the Jabra headset that indicate a repairable defect:
- Microphone no longer works
- Unmute function no longer available
- Microphone cannot be unmuted

We are also happy to repair other error patterns on request.
Procedure: Carefully pack your Jabra headset in the sleeve provided and then with some padding (paper) in a cardboard box.

Tip: If possible, send the headset as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and no insurance cover in the event of loss. We will repair your headset and send it back to you by return post.
Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).
