Monday afternoon I send the touch panel of our oven to repartly, today received it back and all "touch keys" work perfectly and reliable again. Miele should be ashamed they cannot offer the same level of service as repartly.

Process: You send us the defective electronics (NOTE: during checkout you can also add a shipping label for sending it in, which makes the process even easier) and you will receive the repaired and tested electronics back as quickly as possible. Our goal is to repair and return the received electronics on the very same day.
Please pack your removed electronics carefully in a box with some padding material.

Tip: Send the electronics as a parcel rather than a small packet. Small packets do not include tracking and are not insured in case of loss. We will repair and refurbish your electronics and return them to you immediately. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout depending on the destination country.
Unfortunately, we cannot save electronics with fire and/or water damage :-(
Electronics that already show signs of repair attempts will not be repaired by us.
If the electronics show no defect, we will refund the purchase price minus the costs incurred up to that point (normally no more than €29 inspection fee). If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by email or use our remote fault diagnosis service.
