      Product description

      Please print out the order confirmation and enclose it with the parcel (alternatively, you can also enclose a note with the order number) so that the electronics & circulation pump can be allocated to your order in our incoming goods department. This prevents longer processing times.

      Repair of the circulation pump and associated electronics - all variants for dishwashers.

      Explanation: You send us the defective electronics & circulation pump and receive both repaired and tested back as quickly as possible. Our aim is to repair and return the electronics delivered to us on the same day. Please be sure to enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault and the machine type (e.g. G6322) with the parcel.

      There are usually 2 fault patterns for the circulation pump that indicate a faulty pump:
      • The dishwasher displays error F78.
      • The dishwasher displays error F79.
      However, the associated electronics are often also defective. We therefore offer a direct repair of both components.

      Procedure: Carefully pack your removed pump and electronics in foil and then in a box. A description of the fault must be enclosed.

      Tip: If possible, send both as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and insurance in the event of loss is not guaranteed.

      We repair and overhaul both and send them back to you by return post. Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).

      Unfortunately, we can no longer repair electronics with fire and/or water damage :-(

      *We do not repair electronics that already show signs of attempted repair.
      *If the electronics are not defective, we will refund the purchase price minus the costs incurred up to that point (normally no more than €29).
